The Vetta Cycling Crash Replacement Scheme offers peace of mind for cyclists. In the unfortunate event of an accident, customer will benefit from a hassle free process that allows for the replacement of damaged gear. This scheme is designed to provide support and assurance, ensuring you can quickly get back on your bike.

Vetta Cycling is committed to keeping you cycling, even after a mishap!

• Don’t panic, accidents happen.

• Submit a crash replacement form.

• Package and box up your wheels.

• We will arrange for collection with you.

• We will always endeavour to safely repair or rebuild your wheels if it is possible.

• We will give you 30% off any product that is needed to repair or replace the wheels.

• We will ship the wheels back to you.

Vetta Cycling's terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines governing the use of our products and services. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between Vetta and its customers regarding responsibilities, legal rights, and limitations of liability. By engaging with our offerings, customers agree to abide by these conditions, which address aspects such as order processing, payment, returns, and warranty policies. It is essential for users to familiarise themselves with these terms to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience while using Vetta's products. Customers are required to register their wheels via the La Vetta member account within 30 days of purchase, providing all required information. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject warranty claims without full registration within the timeframe required.

The terms and conditions are what is contained here. Customers must respect our wheel care instructions which are the underpinning aspect of our warranty written above. All warranty claims will be checked against these instructions.

Any customer who wants to follow through on their warranty has the right to do so by following the instructions above by submitting their warranty claim form. with a request to open a warranty and giving the specific reason within.

The customer also has the right to return any product in the first 14 days after purchase following the instructions above.

In the case of a crash, please follow the crash replacement instructions given above. Customers are required to submit crash replacement requests via the La Vetta member account within 7 days of the crash. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject crash replacement claims without full registration within this timeframe required.
