Vetta offers a three year warranty on our wheels to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use, providing peace of mind for our community. The duration of the warranty is three years on major wheel components, rims and hubs. It is important for our customers to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with the warranty, including any limitations or exclusions, such as damage caused by misuse or accidents.

• 3 year warranty to all major wheel components, rims and hubs.

• 6 month warranty to consumable parts. Bearings, spokes, nipples and freehubs.

• Vetta will inspect all warranty claims to ascertain fair usage.

• Damage caused by an accident will be covered by our crash replacement scheme.

Vetta Cycling's terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines governing the use of our products and services. By engaging with our offerings, customers agree to abide by these conditions, which address aspects such as order processing, payment, returns, and warranty policies. Customers are required to register their wheels via the La Vetta member account within 30 days of purchase, providing all required information. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject warranty claims without full registration within the timeframe required.

The terms and conditions are what is contained here. Customers must respect our wheel care instructions which are the underpinning aspect of our warranty written above. All warranty claims will be checked against these instructions.

Any customer who wants to follow through on their warranty has the right to do so by following the instructions above by submitting their warranty claim form, with a request to open a warranty claim and giving the specific reason within.

The customer also has the right to return any product in the first 14 days after purchase following the instructions above.

In the case of a crash, please follow the crash replacement instructions given above. Customers are required to submit crash replacement requests via the La Vetta member account within 7 days of the crash. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject crash replacement claims without full registration within this required timeframe.
