The Vetta Cycling Crash Replacement Scheme offers peace of mind for cyclists. In the unfortunate event of an accident, customer will benefit from a hassle free process that allows for the repair or replacement of damaged gear. This scheme is designed to provide support and assurance, ensuring you can quickly get back on your bike.

Vetta Cycling is committed to keeping you cycling, even after a mishap!

  • Don’t panic, accidents happen.

  • Submit a crash replacement form.

  • Post or drop off both wheels for inspection (we require both front and rear regardless of which is damaged)

  • We will always endeavour to safely repair or rebuild your wheels if it is possible, before replacement.

  • We will offer you 10% off the total repair costs if deemed a full replacement is not required.

  • We will offer you 25% off the identical full new wheelset if a replacement is required. (Colour dependant on stock)

  • We will arrange shipping with you once completed.

Not on Vetta Cycling wheels? No problem we provide the same service and a 10% discount on upgrades to Vetta Cycling Wheelsets if you have crashed another brand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Vetta Cycling's terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines governing the use of our products and services. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between Vetta and its customers regarding responsibilities, legal rights, and limitations of liability. By engaging with our offerings, customers agree to abide by these conditions, which address aspects such as order processing, payment, returns, and warranty policies. It is essential for users to familiarise themselves with these terms to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience while using Vetta's products.

Customers must be the original owner to benefit from this scheme. Customers must return both front, and rear wheels, with all Vetta parts. A full inspection of both front and rear wheels including all Vetta parts are required. Vetta have the right to determine the full final costs for repairs and will inform customers of the costs including discount prior to any repairs being completed.

All payments must be made in full prior for repairs or replacement. Wheelsets must be returned with all Vetta original parts from the original purchase. Customers are required to provide proof of purchase.

Customers who choose not to accept the offer must collect their wheelsets within 14 days of the offer being declined; shipping will not be fulfilled in such cases.

If you wish to upgrade your wheels to another Vetta wheel type, we are happy to assist you with the process. Wheelset upgrades are available with a 10% discount if you have applied for a crash replacement only. Please note that upgrades will be treated as a completely new order. You will therefore keep your crashed wheelset.

Tyre replacement is not available through the crash replacement scheme.

Customers submitting a request involving a different wheelset brand will be required to undergo a full inspection. Vetta reserves the right to accept or decline the request depending on the extent of damage. Customers who submit a request with another brand will only be offered a complete new wheelset at a 10% discount; repairs for third‑party wheelsets are not available.

Make A Warranty Claim

Customers must have registered their wheelsets within 14 days of delivery; Vetta Cycling Ltd reserve the right to decline warranty claims where customers have not completed registration within this timeframe. Customer who register outside of the 14 day requirement will not be covered and advised not to register a claim. Vetta Cycling Ltd will check all registration on all Warranty Claims.

Customers must send both front and rear wheels with all original Vetta parts from point of original purchase.

Vetta Cycling Wheel Care

Regular wheel servicing is essential for maintaining optimal performance and safety while cycling.

Begin by checking the tyre pressure, ensuring it aligns with the manufacturer's recommendations, as under-inflated tyres can lead to increased wear and reduced handling.

Next, Inspect the rims for any signs of damage, such as dents or cracks, and clean the braking surfaces (Disc rotors) to prevent reduced braking efficiency.

Additionally, regularly check spoke tension; loose spokes can lead to an untrue wheel, whilst overtightened ones may cause rim distortion.

Finally, lubricate the hubs and bearings as needed, paying attention to any unusual noises that may indicate the need for further adjustment or servicing. Keeping wheels in top condition enhances the overall ride quality and prolongs their lifespan.

We always recommend finding a proficient and qualified local bicycle mechanic or shop to carry out this work if necessary. We will always be happy to carry out any service work needed ourselves, just ask!

Returns….

Vetta Cycling offers a 14-day right to return policy, allowing customers to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This policy ensures that customers can evaluate their gear and apparel in real-world conditions, ensuring the right fit and functionality before making a final decision. The process is straightforward, designed to make returns as hassle-free as possible, reaffirming Vetta Cycling's commitment to customer satisfaction.

All returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaged in the original packaging. Vetta Cycling has the right to decline returns on any signs of wear and tear, use, or damages.

Repairs…

Vetta Cycling offers customers a wheelset repair service, depending on the specific repair required. If you need a repair, we ask that you contact us directly as soon as possible. We will request that you bring your wheelsets to our in-house mechanic for a thorough inspection. Once inspected, we will discuss our findings and outline the required repairs and any associated timescales and costs. This service is not part of the of the crash replacement scheme.

Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject warranty claims without prior full registration within the timeframe required.

The terms and conditions are what is contained here. Customers must respect our wheel care instructions which are the underpinning aspect of our warranty written above. All warranty claims will be checked against these instructions.

Any customer who wants to follow through on their warranty has the right to do so by following the instructions above by submitting their warranty claim form, with a request to open a warranty and giving the specific reason within. Please be aware wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

The customer also has the right to return any product in the first 14 days after purchase following the instructions above.

In the case of a crash, please follow the crash replacement instructions given above. Customers are required to submit crash replacement requests via the correct page within 7 days of the crash. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject crash replacement claims without full registration within this timeframe required.

When using Vetta carbon and aluminium wheelsets, it is crucial to ensure that each wheelset is matched to the appropriate terrain for optimal performance and safety.

Correct Usage Guidelines:

  1. Terrain Compatibility: Each wheelset is designed for specific types of terrain. Road wheelsets are designed for smooth, paved surfaces only. Gravel and Alloy wheelsets are engineered for rugged, uneven or smooth paved surfaces only. It is essential to choose a wheelset that aligns with your riding style and conditions. All wheelsets are to be used on designated paths, trails, and roads only. Using a wheelset away from the intended and advised terrain can lead to accidents, damage and or failure and is not advised.

  2. Weight Limits: All wheelsets have specific weight limits that should not be exceeded. Exceeding these limits can lead to compromised performance and potential damage to the wheelset and cyclists.
